    Schluter®-Systems offers a comprehensive product warranty that covers labor and material. And we stand behind it! For the Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT Limited System Warranty coverage to be in effect, Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT or Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT-DUO membrane and DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cables must be used in the floor warming installation.   • Schluter® Thin-set Mortar Lifetime Product Registration

    In order to extend warranty coverage for Schluter® DITRA® or DITRA®-XL uncoupling membranes, Schluter®-Shower System, Schluter® KERDI® or KERDI®-DS waterproofing membranes, Schluter® DITRA-HEAT™, or Schluter® DITRA-HEAT-DUO uncoupling membranes to lifetime coverage under this Lifetime Thin-Set System Extended Limited Warranty, Owner must complete and submit the Thin-Set System Registration to Schluter Systems, via this online form, or submit proof of purchase and installation information (including installation date, installer's name and address) to Schluter Systems at the address provided hereafter within ninety (90) days of installation.
