What voids the warranty?

The following items void the Schluter®-Systems Warranties

All Schluter products and systems:

• Schluter products and/or systems not used or installed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable Schluter®-Systems technical literature (i.e., installation handbooks, technical data sheets) and industry standard guidelines that are not in conflict with Schluter literature at the time of installation.
• Improper material selection and associated building materials selected for the intended use.
• Schluter products not purchased from an authorized seller. Because Schluter-Systems cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, Schluter warranties apply only to Schluter products that were purchased from Schluter-Systems or a Schluter-Systems authorized seller in the United States or Canada, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Schluter-Systems reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
