To comply with recent changes to the two major app stores, newly released applications as well as applications that receive new updates, are required to have the means to allow users to request that the accounts they have created within the app can be deleted. Since the means to do so can vary slightly from app to app, we have included instructions for our mobile application further down on this page.
In addition, we wanted to inform you of our process for account deletion to ensure transparency and clarity regarding your data privacy.
All information related to orders will be retained for a period of 10 years. This includes order-specific details such as transaction history, product purchases, and delivery information.
General account information, including your username and any associated profile settings, will be retained for a period of 2 days. During this time frame, you have the option to undelete your account if you choose to reactivate it.
Personal information not directly related to an order will be permanently deleted from our records. This includes your first name, last name, phone number, address, and email address.
We take your privacy seriously and assure you that any deleted information will be securely removed from our systems in accordance with our privacy policy.
Deleting an account in the App will also delete the account on the website.

Open the Schluter®-APP on your mobile device. Note* You must be logged in to proceed. If you have forgotten your password, follow the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password.
On the home screen, click the “More” button at the bottom right corner bringing you to the “More” screen.
Select the third option “Delete Account”. Note* You must type "DELETE" to confirm you wish to permanently delete your account.
We will not be able to recover your account after you finalize by clicking the “Confirm” button.
