Schluter offers a number of warranties based on the product(s) or system(s) selected. The warranty term and resolution depend on the product selected.
This question is best answered by looking at the value of the warranty. Our 10-year system warranties include product replacement and all other materials in the assembly, where most times a “lifetime warranty” only includes product replacement of the particular company (i.e., thin-set mortar or grout). Schluter offers a lifetime limited warranty that is available when applicable Schluter systems are used with Schluter thin-set mortars.
