Yes. You can unlock the keyboard when the thermostat is in an unlocked state. To achieve an unlocked state, unplug your router, and power cycle the thermostat. You will be able to access the thermostat buttons, including factory reset. Alternately, you can simply unplug the Wi-Fi router and power cycle the thermostat to initiate a factory reset.
